In accordance with Sections 8 to 10 TMG, as service provider, we are however, not obligated to monitor transmitted or saved third-party information, nor to investigate circumstances pointing to unlawful activity.

This does not affect obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general law. A liability in this regard is however possible only after the point in time of having been made aware of a specific violation of the law.
